Are you eligible?

If you are undergoing investigation or receiving a diagnosis for lung cancer, or having been diagnosed with breast, colorectal, prostate, or ovarian cancer you may be invited to participate in the study. Eligible patients will be identified by the relevant clinician. 

Inclusion criteria:

  • ≥ 18 years of age

  • sufficiently proficient in English, physically able, and mentally competent to complete PROM-related questionnaires

  • additional cancer specific criteria as listed below:

Lung Cancer

Patients suspected of having, or newly diagnosed with lung cancer undergoing treatment at Royal Perth Hospital or SJG Midland Hospital.  

Colorectal Cancer

Patients with newly diagnosed colorectal cancer and who are undergoing treatment at Royal Perth Hospital, St John of God Midland Hospital, or St John of God Subiaco Hospital.

Breast Cancer

Patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer and who are undergoing treatment at Royal Perth Hospital, SJG Midland Hospital, or SJG Subiaco Hospital.

Prostate Cancer

Patients with newly diagnosed localised or advanced prostate cancer and who are undergoing treatment at Fiona Stanley Hospital or SJG Subiaco Hospital.

Ovarian Cancer

Patients with newly diagnosed ovarian cancer and who are undergoing treatment at King Edward Memorial Hospital or St John of God Subiaco Hospital.
